Policies

Please be respectful and courteous of your therapist as well as other clients by giving at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There are only two exceptions to this rule: if you awaken with any form of illness the morning of your appointment or some type of emergency requires your attention. I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances arise in life at times; however, please do your best to adhere to this request.
You will be considered a “no-show” if you forget that you have an appointment or you deliberately just don’t show up. If this does occur, you will be required to prepay online or prepay with a credit/debit card by calling the office to schedule your next appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to inform me of your expected arrival time. The allotted time for your appointment will be adjusted according to when you arrive, and in most instances, your appointment time will need to be shortened so as not to interfere with the next appointment.
A gratuity is not required; however, when receiving a tip, the average amount is usually 15% of the total amount.
